Country house located in a slighty elevated position next to its own pine forest and close to the entrance area of Residential La Sella Golfand a leisure training centre next door.
The house was built in 1989 in a rustic style on two floors. Both feature individual dwellings with independant accesses from outside. The main floor upstairs lies next to the newly built exterior entertaining area with fully fitted bar, bathroom, shower, various seating areas to dine or unwind in the shade of the pine trees or in the sun next to the kidney shaped pool. From here open views can be enjoyed until the valley with the Segária mountain range and the Mediterranean sea on the horizon.
This floor can be accessed either from the pool area by steps ascending to a closed naya with beautiful views or by the lateral entrance to the kitchen. The lounge-dining area´s high ceiling permits for a gallery. Furthermore, there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom.
The lower floor comprises a hall, an ample lounge/dining area and an American-style kitchen, 1 double and 1 triple bedroom and a bathroom.
Boasting the charme of a genuine country retreat the plot has areas of woodland, fruit trees, rockeries and a BBQ with a proper oven. Next to the gated plot entrance is a carport and open parking areas.
