From an initial web search we found one of the best websites for property purchases in the northern Costa Blanca region. An email enquiry to Frederick Charles started a chain of events that led to us buying a property in Alcalali and we could not be happier with the process and the outcome.

Having read the horror stories of buying in Spain we arrived for our first ten viewings expecting a painful experience and were surprised to be met by Janny from Frederick Charles who, within minutes, put our minds at rest and took control of our viewing days. She took the time to tell us about the area, the people and the culture whilst making sure she understood what we were looking for in a property. All in all we saw thirty ..ish properties with Janny and Natalie and never once felt under pressure to make a decision.

Did we buy what we had initially intended to buy? No, we bought a property that is much nicer and suits our real requirements. Natalie and Janny were a critical part in helping us to understand what we really wanted.

Once the decision was made Natalie took charge of the administration elements of the purchase including introducing us to banking, legal and maintenance contacts all of whom share the same desire to make the experience of buying in Spain an easy one.

From our first visit in February and two subsequent viewing visits we completed the purchase in July and are so happy with the property. From negotiation to completion took just 6 weeks and we had our hands held throughout the entire process.

Amazing service from start to finish!
Natalie listened to what we wanted from a holiday home and sent a huge selection over to us to look at. We gave her a selection and she arranged viewings for all of them in one day when we went to Spain.

She guided us through the buying process and helped liaise with the Spanish Lawyer and bank explaining everything to us. She kept us informed on everything and answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently.

Buying a house is stressful enough but try buying a house in another country during a Pandemic and lock down!!

She found ways around obstacles and we completed on our property without too much delay.

Everything was completed in a professional manner and Natalie has a lovely sense of humour and is very calm.
